A 24-year-old man was sentenced Wednesday to 34 years in jail for the 2018 stabbing dying of his girlfriend in Thornton.
Jonathan Akin was sentenced for second-degree homicide for the dying of 21-year-old Autumn Rivera, in keeping with the Adams County District Legal professional’s Workplace.
