A Sterling police officer shot a person on Tuesday evening who brandished a gun on the officer, police stated.
The incident occurred simply after 7 p.m. and the person who was shot was taken to Sterling Regional Medical Middle and later flown to a Denver space hospital, police stated in a information launch.
