A suspected serial financial institution robber dubbed the Powder Puff Bandit has been arrested and is being held on the Jefferson County Jail.

Suspected financial institution robber — the Powder Puff Bandit — has been arrested
Paul Hernandez, 33, was captured earlier this week, based on a Jefferson County Sheriff’s Workplace spokesman.
Hernandez is know because the Powder Puff Bandit as a result of he’s allegedly worn make-up to hide facial tattoos throughout a number of financial institution robberies across the metro space.
Hernandez was arrested on Jan. 29 in Broomfield on suspicion of financial institution theft. He posted bond and was launched from jail on June 13. Hernandez then didn’t present up for courts dates or adjust to circumstances of the bond, authorities stated.
He’s robbed a number of banks since being launched on bond, based on the FBI. Hernandez allegedly final struck a financial institution in Englewood on Oct. 1.
